What happens when a good reputation and strong word of mouth are not enough anymore? In today’s increasingly competitive market, the business model that initially helped Precise Medical Aesthetics grow was now holding the clinic back. What was needed went beyond a successful marketing campaign. It required a shift in the clinic’s perception of agencies and marketing altogether – a challenge we gladly embraced.

Problem – new shifts, old models

Word of mouth, a good reputation and loyal patients – that’s how Patricia managed to keep Precise Medical Aesthetics growing through the years. But as the industry shifted and social media became a key driver of growth, her clinic started falling behind. The campaign garnered mind blowing results so quickly, we didn’t even get the chance to do our usual optimisation process: Precise Medical Aesthetic got 72 enquiries and 24 bookings with less than £1k ad spend. The messaging and content resonated so well, that demand was high and steady from the moment we went live, bringing two full days of back to back consultations.

To make this even more impressive, the campaign went live during a difficult time of year, when it’s notoriously harder to get bookings in. Not a bad way to celebrate our first UK Emsella Focus Day!
