Our client was already doing well using organic traffic but, in order to scale their business and stand out, they needed to move to a more aggressive, active marketing strategy. Differentiating their bespoke offering also became mandatory in the face of increased competition from large scale operations. Their goal? To attract the patients who aligned with their one-to-one weight loss approach & distinguish themselves in a sea of one-size-fits-all solutions.

What Symn Clinic needed was a custom strategy to scale & stand out – all this whilst entering a new market! And that’s exactly what we delivered.
Our initial strategy call helped us identify their ideal target demographic and from there we started building. We developed a bespoke funnel, including ads, a landing page with a 5 question qualification questionnaire and a calendar. But any solid strategy needs to take process into account: so we mapped the clinic’s existing processes, analysed their performance and pin-pointed their drop-offs and their most time-consuming parts.
After we had a clear picture of the client’s process map, we moved on to the optimization phase. Having a long term, ongoing commitment meant we had enough time to interpret data, which in turn allowed us to improve their operations, introduce automation and offer the right tools to save them time, increase ROI and set a strong foundation for scaling. Because growth without a proper system is just improvisation.
After laying the groundwork, we focused on the engagement bit, building out a post enquiry nurture sequence to ensure leads were kept prepped and warm. Getting the right people to express interest is just half the work – we need to keep them informed and invested in order for them to commit! Content wise, we created video scripts that spoke to the clinic’s audience and filmed engaging content focusing on the stigma around medical weight loss, while also discussing the myths often associated with this practice. This positioned the clinic as an authority figure in their space, showing a deep understanding of their public whilst tackling head-on the unspoken issues so many of their patients experience.
Outcome — consistent growth, reliable bookings
By developing a custom strategy that successfully combined content creation, funnel efficiency and patient qualification, we managed to launch a campaign that received 40 qualified leads in its first month. In terms of booking rates and answer rates, out of the 62% of patients who completed a consultation, 81% were accepted to the next stage to proceed with treatment. This meant that not only did we get Symn Clinic in front of more people, we got them in front of the right ones, helping them to scale and reach the audience that most needed their offer.
