Cool Renew had already made a name for themselves when it came to body sculpting treatments. But Emsella? As many other medspas & clinics, they struggled to get this fantastic device in front of their audience and expand their existing patient base. So they reached out to us for a solution.

Problem – finding the right marketing strategy for Emsella

From Coolsculpt to Emsculpt, Sentient Sculpt and more, this medspa was well known for its body sculpting offer. Like other clinic owners, they were impressed with Emsella and what it could do, so they invested in it, hoping it would bring on more patients looking to improve their pelvic health. Their campaigns, however, were not speaking to this audience: the marketing agency they were working with at the time was generating leads for all their other devices – but failed to crack the Emsella code.

Solution – Emsella Focus Day & strategic training

We built the campaign for yet another Emsella Focus Day, focusing on educating the audience and crafting a warm, welcoming messaging that spoke to the patients’ needs. We further helped the Cool Renew team with strategic follow-up and consult training, because speaking your audience’s language is essential to securing more bookings. As always, our approach was very hands-on: our weekly catch-ups helped us stay on top of everything, adjusting our campaign messaging or giving tips on how to navigate certain conversations.

Outcome – increased demand, expanded patient base

Our approach got the medspa a 32% booking rate for a device they had previously tried and failed to market. Their $2000 ad spend resulted in 40 leads overall and 13 bookings for the event, generating solid demand in an area that was initially deemed difficult to tap into. Cool Renew got to expand their external patient base, and we got yet another confirmation that our custom approach & marketing strategies never fail to deliver.
