The Situation

Following the successful build of an Emsella revenue system through Signal to Scale, Patricia and her team were in a very different position.

What had previously been uncertainty around marketing had been replaced with structure, visibility, and confidence in how to manage patient flow across the clinic.

With internal processes strengthened - particularly across the handoff stage - the next step was clear.

To apply the same framework to a second core treatment line and begin building a skin rejuvenation revenue system that could sit alongside Emsella as a key driver of long-term growth.

The Approach

As with the framework, we launched Month 1 with a Skin Rejuvenation Focus Day.

The campaign centred around bespoke skin plans, anchored on AgeJet, with a clear focus on an older female demographic, aligning closely with Precise Medical’s ideal patient profile.

With the foundations already in place from the previous phase, there was a stronger emphasis on execution. Lead handling, follow-up, and CRM usage were no longer new concepts, but embedded processes within the team.

This allowed the Focus Day to act not just as a demand generation exercise, but as a real test of how well those internal improvements translated into a new treatment vertical.

The Outcome

The campaign generated 74 enquiries, with 21 patients booking in and three full days of back-to-back consultations, all from less than £1,200 in ad spend.

Demand was proven early, and more importantly, the handoff stage held up with the team confidently managing enquiries through to confirmed consultations.

This wasn’t just a successful campaign, but validation that the improvements made when building the Emsella revenue system could be applied and replicated across a new treatment.

With both demand and delivery aligned, we moved into Month 2 to continue building a scalable skin rejuvenation revenue system, marking a second successful run of Signal to Scale for the clinic.
