The Situation
Hannah had previously worked with marketing agencies and seen results but over time, performance began to slow.The issue wasn’t a lack of belief in marketing. With a background in sales and marketing herself, she understood exactly what it should be doing.

We started with a 5-week Skin Regeneration Focus Day - designed to generate immediate demand while uncovering the signals needed for long-term growth.
At the same time, we implemented our Conversion Bridge CRM, allowing us to track the full patient journey across Demand → Handoff → Conversion and begin building a foundation beyond just campaigns.
The Focus Day was centred around a skin analysis device led-consultation, leading into bespoke treatment plans anchored around NeoGen Plasma, her highest ROI treatment.
The Outcome
The Month 1 Focus Day fully booked, delivering 20 consultations at around 40% under target cost.
On the day, this translated into a 75% conversion rate and more than £17k in generated revenue. But more importantly, it gave us and Hannah clarity.
We uncovered strong, consistent demand from her ideal patient profile, alongside a booking rate of over 50% from enquiry to confirmed consultation with deposit. This showed that the messaging, positioning and targeting were not only working, but could be scaled with confidence.
